Alexandra Rose Raisman, born May 25 1994, is an American retired artistic gymnast. She was twice Olympian. She was the captain of the 2012 "Fierce Five" and the 2016 "Final Five" U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics teams that have won individual team competitions.At the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals for the team and floor competitions, in addition to the bronze medal for the balance beam, which made her the most well-known American gymnast to compete at the Games. She also won a team gold medal at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Gabby Douglas and Raisman are the only Americans who have won back-to-back gold medals at this event. Raisman also earned silver in the individual all-around and floor exercises. Raisman has silver medals from the individual all-around as well as the floor exercise. Morgan was born to Pamela Morgan (age 30) and Michael Morgan on July 2 1989. They raised her along with her sisters, Jeni and Jeri, in the Los Angeles suburb of Diamond Bar. Morgan was a multisport athlete throughout her childhood, however she was only introduced to soccer at the age of 14. After graduating from high school, Morgan was a part of Cypress Elite's club team. They were the winners of the Coast Soccer League Under-16 championship and placed third in the under-19 bracket. Morgan continued to train at Diamond Bar High School, where she honed her soccer abilities. She was chosen as an All-American Athlete by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). Additionally, she played for state and regional divisions of the Olympic Development Program (ODP). Morgan continued her soccer career at UC Berkeley where she was the California Golden Bears' leading scorer from her first season. She was instrumental in getting the team into the NCAA Tournament all four y
